In order to provide you with a better quality and uninterrupted service, we would like to share some information about the procedures, cancellations and prepayments for participation in tours organized by our tourism agency.
- The conditions agreed upon with all our guests via e-mail or written media before the start of the trip must be fulfilled as agreed by us. This agreement replaces a formal written contract.
- If any of the agreed terms of service are missing or incorrect, the guest has the right to report this and request correction.
If you are not satisfied with the vehicle or guidance service, changes can be made to these two services upon request within 3 hours, if possible. - Advance payment; During the tour reservation process, a prepayment of 25% of the total payment is taken by the agency.
A – Although the agency has shown all necessary care, it prevents the start of the trip; may cancel or postpone the trip due to natural disasters, strikes, terrorism, possibility of war and all similar force majeure reasons. In these cases, if requested, the prepayment will be fully refunded by the agency.
B – For cancellations made up to 10 days before the tour date, it is not possible to refund the prepayments made. For cancellations made within this period, prepayments will not be refundable, taking into account the payments made to our suppliers and the organizational processes. In case of any changes in your travel plans, we kindly ask you to notify us of your cancellation at least 10 days before the tour date in order to avoid any inconvenience. (Ex.: If a cancellation is requested until 23:59 on October 1 for a service that will start on October 11, the prepayment will be refunded, but cannot be refunded afterwards.)
C – If the guest misses the start and does not participate in the service, no refund will be made to the consumer. - If a revision is requested by the guest in the tour program or service conditions, additional fees and services will be calculated and notified to him.
